About Water Voice

The Consumer Council for Water (CCW) - in partnership with Taylor McKenzie Research - has set up the Water Voice Consumer Panels across England and Wales to give customers a stronger voice in shaping how water companies serve their communities.

 

Panel members represent customers in their local area - sharing experiences, ideas, and feedback to help water companies improve their services, strengthen accountability, and deliver fairer outcomes for everyone.
